Dear Entrants,
We are pleased to confirm that our Seniors Open on the above date will take place as arranged. Please read the following information regarding the day.
On arrival please follow the signs on the car park to the registration inside the clubhouse. Please note we do request that social distancing be observed at all times whilst in the clubhouse on the car park and on the course.
Players are advised that track and trace contact details will be required to be produced at registration. It would be helpful if one person (from a pair or 4 ball) had all the details.
Complimentary teas and coffees are available in the clubhouse prior to your tee time. There is no food available on the day apart from light snacks from the Pro Shop. A mask must be worn to enter the Pro Shop.
At registration you will be given some simple instructions regarding the playing conditions on the day. Please try to arrive no more than 30 minutes before your tee time.
Please try to advise us in advance of any of any changes or replacements to your pairings or groups. This will assist in the smooth running of the day. Please ring 01942 727267 or email to secretary@ashton-in-makerfieldgolfclub.co.uk.
Please change shoes on the car park. Toilet and hand washing will be available via the Gents locker entrance from the car park but showers and changing rooms are not in use.
Please try to be ready at the 1st tee 10 minutes before your tee time as the starter will have a short message for you.
After your round you will be able to use the clubhouse. Please do not re-arrange any tables or chairs as they have been set out to maintain social distancing.
If ordering drinks from the bar please enter the clubhouse from the patio. A member of staff will approach you and take your order. They will bring your order to your table. Payment can be by card or cash.
Please do not return empty cups or glasses to the bar - merely leave them on the table and the bar staff will clear and clean the table.
Results will be published on the club website later in the evening.
The barrier to enter and exit the car park will be permanently raised throughout the day.
