Ashton-in-Makerfield Golf Club has the luxury of having 20 excellent holes which can be used in a number of permutations to facilitate maintenance work, weather conditions, specific events etc.
The scorecard of the original 18 holes can be seen below on the left, with the 20 hole scorecard on the right. When in play, the two new holes currently numbered 12a and 13a, take their stroke index from the two existing holes not in play.
